New weed ID guide

December 11, 1998 - Michigan State University has developed a new bulletin titled Common Weed Seedlings of the North Central States (NCR607).  This guide includes 54 of the most common weed species in the North Central Region.  This is an expanded version of a guide that originally focused on Michigan weeds.  Colored photographs are provided that highlight the distinguishing characteristics of the weed seedlings.  A key for identifying grasses is also included.  Andrew Chomas, Jim Kells and Boyd Carey are the authors of this excellent guide.  A sample page can be viewed here.
