December 5 2006 -  Two publications authored by members of the ad hoc North Central Glyphosate Stewardship Group are now available at Purdue Weed Science Website: http://www.btny.purdue.edu/weedscience/ and are added to the other publications in The Glyphosate, Weeds, and Crops Series.  Publications in this series are reviewed and endorsed by weed scientists from the Universities of Delaware, Guelph, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska and Wisconsin, Southern Illinois University and the state universities in Michigan, Iowa, Kansas, North Dakota, South Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Purdue University.  The two new publications, "Facts about glyphosate-resistant weeds (GWC-1) and "Understanding glyphosate to increase performance" (GWC-2) will be useful in addressing opportunities and issues with crop production systems based on glyphosate-resistant crops.  More information about publications in this series and additional information and resources are available at www.glyphosateweedscrops.org.
